How pricing works
Per property, priced in bands
You pay per property, and the rate is set in volume bands. Every property inside a band costs the same; cross into the next band and those properties are charged at a lower rate, so your average per-property price steps down as your portfolio grows. The calculator shows the band you’re in.
Billed monthly, always in advance
One monthly charge. Add a property mid-month and it’s pro-rated straight into it; remove one and it stays live until the end of what you’ve already paid.
Annual is a commitment, not a lump sum
Choose annual for a lower per-property rate. You commit to twelve months per property — but you’re never asked for a year up front. It still bills monthly.
What’s in Core and Complete, on both editions.

Questions we get asked
What’s the difference between the Manager and Host plans?
Manager is for businesses running properties on behalf of owners and landlords, and billing them — it adds the fee engine, owner statements, invoicing and a branded owner portal your clients log into. Host is for people running their own portfolio: the same functionality, without the owner-billing machinery you don’t need. If you charge owners a management fee, you want Manager.
How does pricing work — is it per property?
Yes. You pay per property, and the rate is set in volume bands rather than falling with every single property: every property inside a band costs the same, and once your portfolio crosses into the next band those properties are charged at a lower rate — so your average per-property price steps down as you grow. Move the slider and it tells you which band you’re in. You’re billed a single charge monthly, in advance. “Annual” means you commit to 12 months per property for a better rate but still pay monthly — never a lump sum up front.
What’s the difference between Core and Complete?
Core is the whole platform for your edition. Complete adds the PriceLabs integration, where you connect your PriceLabs API key for your area’s price bands, occupancy and competitor context, and Accounting sync into Xero or QuickBooks, bundled at a better rate than buying them on their own. On Core you can add either one separately. A custom domain is an add-on on any plan, billed per workspace rather than per property.
Which channel managers do you connect to?
Uplisting is live today. Connectors for Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable, Hostfully and Lodgify are built and being switched on. You can also add properties manually if your setup isn’t listed yet.
Can I make it look like my own brand?
Yes, fully, on both editions. Brand Studio lets you set every colour in light and dark, pick from twelve font pairings and add your logos, and it applies across the app, the owner portal, emails and PDFs. Every workspace gets a free yourname.hosthq.uk address; the Custom Domain add-on connects a domain you already own, certificate included.

Add a property and it’s billed instantly, pro-rated into your monthly charge. Remove one and it stays live and billed until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, with a one-click undo any time before then. You can switch between Core and Complete yourself, and you’ll see the exact pro-rated charge before you confirm an upgrade.
Do you have a referral programme?
